BUNCO Anyone?!!

Tonight was our first Girlfriends Night Out ... and we played BUNCO!! It wasn't hard to pick the activity for this special night. I think all members of the GET team had requests from various Girlfriends to play Bunco.

What made this event so fun (other than the signature decorating details - thanks, Stephanie, and the range in ages of the Girlfriends!) was that we had all different levels of Bunco players, too. Some were playing for the first time, while others were familiar, yet others were seasoned veterans who plan 1-2 times each month.

We just may have to make this an annual event. What do you say?

G! Groups Kick-Off

An important "accessory" of Girlfriends is our G! Groups. These are shared-interest groups that women can join at any time.

Tonight Bridget Cossano, our G! Group Coordinator had a kick-off meeting to bring together all those who expressed an interest at Cast the Vision and Baby, You're A Star of joining a G! Group. Here is our chance to have fun getting to know one another and share in a more intimate setting, giving us the opportunity to connect more deeply both inside and outside the church walls.

The G! Groups that kicked off tonight are the Dining Divas, Movie Mavens, Crafters, Fitness/Walking Group, Book Club, Gaming Gals and a Hiking Group. It will be fun to hear of the different groups the next time we all get together.
